PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

 
TheraVine™ Malaysia is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act (2010) (“PDPA”). This Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) explains our data processing practices. This Policy applies to users in Malaysia only.


1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

TheraVine™ Malaysia collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our TheraVine™ Malaysia website.

3. WEB BEACONS AND PIXEL TAGS

In addition to cookies, we also use other similar technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags on our websites. 4. DO NOT TRACK

9. DATA RETENTION

TheraVine™ Malaysia will keep any personal data you provide us as long as there is a reason to do so, for instance to satisfy the law or regulations, or to protect TheraVine™ Malaysia’s interests. If not, then we will destroy it by purging it from our electronic, manual, and other filing systems according to our internal procedures and policies.
